In-Store Purchases
- Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh food) are non-refundable unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is faulty or damaged, please bring it to the store or contact us at info@smsretail.ie. We will arrange a refund or replacement.
